The actual Culture Secretary of State is Lic. Jose Rafael Lantigua.
Some of the friends I have before my emigrating toward the United States in 1981 work in this place, as the artist Gabino Rosario, the actor Teo Terrero, and the poet Alexis Gómez, among others. In this place is located the Gallery Ramón Oviedo, where I will possible show my paintings in November 2007, unless God have another plan for me.
