Some of these neighborhoods skirt the cities, rivers, cost, beaches, etc. They are very vulnerable, no only to the economic factor to survive in the consumption society of nowadays, but to the natural phenomena that are so frequent in the island.

Tipicos barrios de la clase pobre en la isla. Algunos de estos barrios bordean la ciudades, los rios, costas, playas, etc. Ellos son muy vulnerables, no solo al factor econimico para sobrevivir en la sociedad de consumo de hoy dia, sino a los fenomenos naturales que son tan frecuentes en la isla.
